Murmuri Restaurant would like to present its kitchen in a different and original way, and therefore will organize an Oriol Balaguer chocolate Tasting Menu from the 24th to the 26th of February 2012.
The dinner has been designed in collaboration with Oriol Balaguer, a Catalan confectioner and chocolate maker that has revolutionized the kitchen baking and sweet.
This will be an addition to the fix menu, an alternative gastronomic experience. Our chef, Alberto Vicente will surprise the guests with several dishes specially chosen for this occasion.
