Murmuri Restaurant would like to present its kitchen in a different and original way, and therefore will organize a Mushrooms Tasting Menu next Friday 25th of November. The dinner has been designed in collaboration with Cano Gourmet, a company dedicated to the distribution of top-quality mushrooms. As from the above date, this special menu will be available on a regular basis as a gastronomic alternative to the usual menu and we are confident that our clients will like it for its originality and elegance. Our chef, Alberto Vicente, will choose a selection of dishes for this special occasion , while the mycologist José Luis Balcells will accompany us throughout this menu prepared from start to finish with seasonal mushrooms.
